One person in hospital after crash in North Gloucestershire

One person has been rushed to hospital following a serious crash in north Gloucestershire.

The police have confirmed the incident happened on the A417 in Corse, with the road shut yesterday evening as officers attended the scene of the incident.

It involved two vehicles, and now investigations into what happened near the Cross Hands Garage are taking place.

At 7.25pm last night (November 7), Gloucestershire Constabulary posted on social media: "We're are at the scene of a serious collision on the A417 in Corse this evening (Tuesday 7 November).

"One person has been taken to hospital and the road is likely to be closed for several hours while an investigation take place."
