Man pleads not guilty to the murder of both his parents in Cheltenham

40 year old William Warrington, from Cheltenham, pleaded not guilty to two charges of murder this morning at Bristol Crown Court.

He's accused of killing his mother Valerie, who was 73, and his father Clive, who was 67 - on the morning of 3rd of March this year.

Warrington, who is in custody at Broadmoor Hospital joined the hearing by video link.

He spoke only to confirm his name and plea.

A trial date has been set for the 14th November 2022.
