Man seen committing lewd act in Gloucester field
Police are now appealing for witnesses
Police are investigating reports that a man was seen committing a lewd act in a green space in Gloucester on Monday (10 January).
A woman saw the man in Blackbridge Field, Podsmead, shortly before 1pm. He was fully clothed, but appeared to be masturbating.
The man is described as being white, aged between 18 and 22, and dressed in black with a red backpack.
Officers searched the area and were unable to locate the man and since then enquiries have been taking place to identify him.
At the time of the incident, there were a number of other people in the area and investigating officers are now appealing for anyone who saw the man to contact police.
