Man fined for selling fake goods over ten years later

More than 10 years after being caught with fake goods at a car boot sale, a man has been fined.

Now aged 38, Qiang Xia from Wolverhampton was fined by Cheltenham Magistrates Court earlier this week.

It relates to the selling of fake DVDs and tobacco at Cheltenham Car Boot back in 2010.

Xia's been ordered to pay £110 and a further £645 in prosecution costs.
