Man arrested for 'lewd acts' in Cheltenham
It follows reports from the public
Police are appealing for witnesses after a man committed a lewd act in a public place in Cheltenham last night, Monday 25 April.
Officers were called to Arle Avenue at 7.25pm after it was reported that a man was masturbating whilst sat on a grass bank with his trousers and underwear pulled down.
Officers attended and arrested a 34-year-old man from Cheltenham on suspicion of outraging public decency. He has since been released from custody.
Despite the arrest, investigating officers are asking anyone with information to please get in contact.
