Man arrested on suspicion of attempted murder following Cheltenham stabbing

Police are appealing for witnesses after a man was stabbed in Cheltenham.
It happened shortly before 8pm yesterday (Sunday February 6) on Broad Oak Way.
A man in his 30s was arrested on suspicion of attempted murder and remains in police custody today, (Monday 7 February).
The victim was taken to Gloucestershire Royal Hospital and is being treated for his injuries which are serious.
A police investigation is ongoing and scene guards remain in place on Broad Oak Way.
Anyone with information about the incident is asked to call police on 101 and quote incident 369 of 6 February.
