Lorry fire closes M5 in Gloucestershire in both directions
It's happened between junction 9 and 11
The M5 in Gloucestershire has been closed in both directions after a lorry has caught on fire.
The northbound and southbound carriageways are closed between junction 9 and 11.
Some people are reporting they've been stuck in traffic for over two hours.
Gloucestershire Fire and Rescue Service are in attendance and we'd like to warn motorists of smoke in the area which is causing hazards.
Motorists as asked to avoid the area.
The motorway will be reopened once the fire is under control.
