For the third time in a row now, Gloucester-Hartpury have done it - clinching their third PWR title.

It was made even sweeter for the Sarries, who were playing at their home ground of the StoneX Stadium.

It's a bittersweet moment for the boss of Gloucester - Sean Lynn - who now makes the move to become a member within the Wales national team.

Sean Lynn's team ran out 34-19 victors - taking the strong lead by the Full Time whistle, despite a tighter scoreline at half-time.

Their three PWR titles is a feat no team has ever achieved before - with the hosts starting the game, taking the first points after Kate Williams was handed the chance to make the opening score.

The momentum continued despite a conversion attempt hit the post.

It wasn't long before the Saracens got their teeth stuck into the game - but Gloucester Hartpury finally saw out the game impressively to complete an historic success.
