Organiser John Rhodes says this is a great opportunity for businesses.
He told Greatest Hits Radio "a lot of restaurants and producers of food are still struggling after covid-19.
I think this is a very good format for them to come along and showcase what they do at their restaurants or what type of produce they may produce.
Hopefully that will have a roll on effect for their businesses to sustain them over the coming years."
