Fire crews called to fire at Thornbury industrial estate
Eight HGV lorries were on fire
Firefighters are tackling a blaze involving eight HGV lorries at an industrial estate in south Gloucestershire.
Avon and Somerset Fire and Rescue were called to reports of a fire in Short Way, Thornbury just after 1:30 this morning.
They say the fire is nearly out but some of their crews remain at the scene to dampen down any remaining hotspots.
According to the fire crews there are no casualties and everyone in the area has been accounted for.
The cause of the fire is thought to be accidental ignition.
People are being asked to avoid the area around Short Way and keep their windows closed if they live in the area.
