Driver attacked following crash near Ford

Police are appealing for any witnesses or those who have dashcam footage

Officers are appealing for witnesses to a collision and subsequent altercation which took place near Ford at the end of last month.

Police were called on Saturday 29 January with a report of a two-vehicle collision on an unclassified road between the B4077 Ford and the village of Temple Guiting.

This took place at around 3.20pm and involved a silver Range Rover Discovery and a red Fiat 500.

Both drivers were uninjured following the collision however it was alleged that the driver of the Range Rover Discovery later punched the driver of the Fiat 500 in the chest.

Investigating officers would like to speak to anyone who was travelling in the area and may have seen what happened or who has dashcam footage of the incident.
