Cirencenster man pleads guilty to drug supply offences
It comes after a search by Gloucestershire Police which found drugs, cash and designer clothing
A Cotswolds man has pleaded guilty to drugs supply offences after £3000 in suspected cocaine, over £4000 in cash and loads of designer trainers and clothes were seized from a house in Cirencester.
The pleas follow an early morning warrant on Tuesday (1 March) at a house on the outskirts of the town by a specialist team of officers who combat serious criminality.
Cordel Patterson, 19 and of Burge Court, Cirencester, pleaded guilty at Cheltenham Magistrates’ Court on Wednesday (2 March) to possession with intent to supply cocaine and cannabis, possession of criminal property and concealing, disguising, converting, transferring or removing criminal property, namely money, by purchasing designer clothes.
He was remanded in custody and will be sentenced at Gloucester Crown Court on Tuesday 23 March.

“Cocaine is a class A drug that can cause serious health issues and anyone who doesn’t appreciate the social harm it can do should remember that the money dealers earn often finds its way back to the pockets of those involved in serious violence, exploitation and other criminality.
“It is something we continue to tackle and by taking action right across the county, from the rural areas like the Cotswolds to our more urban centres like Gloucester and Cheltenham, we hope we’re sending out a very powerful message.”
