Cheltenham lights up for Christmas
The festive season is now upon us as Cheltenham prepares to turn on the Christmas lights.
The Pittville Pump Room will be coming alight with Christmas cheer tomorrow evening (25/11).
Father Christmas will be turning on the lights at 5:30pm. With entertainment to be enjoyed throughout the day.
Organisers, the Cheltenham Trust, promise the day will be packed with fun and festivities starting at 11am with the opening of the Artisan Market.
Throughout the day there will be live music and entertainment from DJ Rob McElvanney, Lady and the Sax, the Frozen characters and the Cheltenham Community Choir.
Laurie Bell, the Chief Executive of the Cheltenham Trust said: “There’s something there for everybody.
“Events like these are critical for the local community because they are free and completely inclusive.
"Everyone can come and join in and everyone can be part of the community.
“The artisan market is the greatest opportunity to showcase local producers, local makers, and local suppliers.”
