Body recovered from the Gloucester & Sharpness Canal

The man who was in his 50s was recovered near the Parkend Bridge in Moreton Valence

Severn Area Rescue Association recovered a body from the Gloucester & Sharpness Canal after a man went missing last Sunday (2nd July 2023).

The man believed to be in his 50s was found near the Parkend Bridge in Moreton Valence near Gloucester.

Their next of kin has been informed and the man's death is not being treated as suspicious.
