Body found in Gloucester in search for missing man

Police say the circumstances aren't being treated as suspicious

Police have discovered a body in Gloucester during their search for a man who was reported missing from Evesham.

Officers had been looking for 36-year-old Lee Horton. He was last in touch with his family on Tuesday the 11th of March, after travelling to the West Country. A body was found on Tuesday (26 March) in Gloucester.

While formal identification has not yet taken place, police have confirmed that Mr Horton's family has been informed.

A spokesperson for the police said: "The circumstances of the death are not being treated as suspicious, and a file will be prepared for the coroner."
