Rangers have sold Mateusz Zukowski to Slask Wroclaw for an undisclosed fee.

The Polish defender was at the club for 18 months after joining from Lechia Gdansk for around ÂŁ400,000.

However, he only made one appearance - in the Scottish Cup vs Annan Athletic - and spent last campaign on loan at Lech Poznan.

The Ibrox club thanked the 21-year-old for his service and wished him the "very best of luck for the future".

Elsewhere, the club are on the brink of brining in their fifth summer signing in the shape of Abdallah Sima.

The Premiership season begins on 5 August.
