Two dealers jailed for involvement in serious organised crime
The pair were involved in a number of drug related incidents in 2020
Two men have been jailed after being caught during multi-million pound drug busts.
Christopher Tiffoney, 35, and James Jamieson, 33, were arrested after encrypted messages linked them to hauls of narcotics.
More than £5m of cocaine and heroin were seized by police, as well as over £500,000 of dirty money.
The pair will both face lengthy prison sentences after pleading guilty to a charge of being involved in serious organised crime between March and May 2020.

Prosecutor Lindsey Dalziel told the High Court in Glasgow: "These values only provide a small snapshot of a wider operation involving Tiffoney and Jamieson dealing in drugs worth millions of pounds."
They were remanded in custody a will be sentenced next month.
Tiffoney and Jamieson were caught after three separate police probes, including one with French and Dutch law authorities, named Operation Venetic, which investigated the EncroChat messaging service.
Jamieson was found to have been in touch with Darren ‘Big Popa’ Collin prior to Collin being caught after his van and a flat in Anniesland were searched in April 2020.
More than £5m of cocaine and heroin
There, police seized £1.3m of heroin and cocaine, and £517,675 in cash.
The court heard Collin texted Jamieson just after being stopped in Anniesland, stating: “Been caught”.
Tiffoney and Jamieson were later seen circling the area in a vehicle with police at the scene.
It emerged DNA and fingerprints linked both to the flat, and Collins was later jailed for 8 years in August 2020, after he pleaded to being guilty in the supply of heroin and cocaine.
Operation Brumlow
Meanwhile, Operation Brumlow say Christopher Tinsley stopped on the M74 in Lanarkshire that April where police recovered £4m of cocaine.
EncroChat messages revealed Tiffoney had been involved, expecting to receive 20kg, and had become “worried” when the courier had not been in touch.
Tinsley was jailed for five years and four months in May 2021.
Lord Scott deferred sentencing on Tiffoney and Jamieson for reports.
