Two charged over Clydebank drugs bust
Over £1 million of heroin and cocaine was seized at a property on Kilbowie Road
A man and a woman have been arrested and charged after a recovery of heroin and cocaine valued in excess of £1million in Clydebank.
The drugs were discovered at a property on Kilbowie Road on Sunday, 9 July, 2023.
Following an investigation by Argyll Dunbartonshire’s Serious & Organised Crime Team, a 37-year-old man and a 31-year-old woman were arrested on Friday, 15 December, 2023.
They have been charged with a number of offences including being involved in the supply of drugs, money laundering and offences relating to organised crime.
Both are due to appear at Dumbarton Sheriff Court on Monday, 18 December, 2023.
Further enquiries remain ongoing.
