Steven McLean to referee Old Firm clash with VAR also revealed

Celtic and Rangers meet on Saturday for the final derby match of the season

Steven McLean has been appointed as the referee for Saturday’s Premiership clash between Rangers and Celtic.

The Old Firm meet at Ibrox with Ange Postecoglou's side playing their first match since wrapping up the title at Tynecastle.

A win for the away team would see them pull further away from their city rivals, while Michael Beale's men will be keen to win their first derby match of the season.

MacLean has been revealed as the man in the middle with David Roome and Jonathan Bell the assistant referees.

Don Robertson will be managing things between the dugouts after being announced as the fourth official.

Greg Aitken will be in charge of VAR duties and will be joined in the Clydesdale House hotseat by assistant VAR David McGeachie.
