Rangers have rejected an initial offer from Trabzonspor for James Tavernier.
The Ibrox captain has been subject to interest this window with the Turkish side making a formal approach.
According to several reports, Rangers have turned down an opening bid with the clubs believed to have a difference in valuation.
Philippe Clement's side are understood to be open to selling Tavernier for the right price this summer.
It comes as the Belgian boss looks to revamp his squad ahead of the new campaign.
Clement won the League Cup in his first season but was beaten to the Premiership title and the Scottish Cup by Celtic.
