Police appeal for pair who set off smoke flare at Celtic Park

The incident happened at an Old Firm match in April this year

Police in Glasgow want to speak to two people after a smoke flare was set off at Celtic Park on 8 April this year.

They have released CCTV images of a man and woman as part of the ongoing investigation into culpable reckless behaviour at the Old Firm game.

The man is described as being in his early 40s, 5ft 10in tall, short dark hair, wearing a green, white, and gold top.

The woman is described as being in her early 20s, shoulder length dark hair, wearing a green and white scarf around her neck.

Constable Dan O’Malley said: “We are keen to talk to the man and woman in the images as we believe they may have information which could assist with our enquiries.

I would encourage them or anyone who may recognise them to contact us.
