Police appeal after Boxing Day assault in Clydebank

A 25 year old man was taken to hospital following the incident

A man is recovering after a serious assault in Clydebank on Boxing Day.

The 25 year old was taken to Queen Elizabeth University Hospital after the incident at 9:30am at a property on Braes Avenue.

Police are appealing for information after the man sustained serious injuries.

Detective Constable Calum Hall said: “This assault happened at a time when there were people around and we are keen to speak to anyone who saw anything relating to this incident.

“We are also asking anyone who has private CCTV footage or who may have been driving in the area at the time and has dash-cam that could help with our enquiries to get in touch.”
