Search underway for missing 31-year-old man from Irvine
Evan Reid was last seen on a train home from Glasgow on Saturday night before getting off unexpectedly
Police are appealing for the public's help in tracing a missing 31-year-old man from Irvine, who was last seen on a train home from Glasgow.
Evan Reid boarded a train in Glasgow on Saturday 25 March intending to return home to Irvine, but he unexpectedly disembarked 8 stops early.
Evan got off at Paisley Gilmore Street as was spotted on CCTV cameras at around 9.40pm the same night.
His family have not heard from him since Saturday, are are extremely concerned for his safety.
They say this is completely out of character for him, and a team of family and friends are now out searching for him in the Paisley area.
Evan was wearing a khaki jumper, a black gilet, jeans and grey trainers.
Police are asking anyone with information to get in touch by calling 101, and quoting the reference number 4112.
