Man charged with attempted murder after he and toddler hit by train in Glasgow
Officers were called to Garrowhill station on Sunday night following reports of two people on the tracks
A man's been charged with attempted murder after an incident at Garrowhill station earlier this week.
Officers were called there shortly before 7.30 on Sunday evening following reports of two casualties on the tracks.
A 26-year-old male and a two-year-old boy were taken to hospital after sustaining injuries from being hit by a train.

The two-year-old child was released from hospital earlier this week.
The man was discharged from hospital today (6 July) and will be remanded in custody until his appearance at Glasgow Sheriff Court tomorrow (7 July).
Detective Chief Inspector Marc Francey said: “This was a shocking but isolated incident and we are not looking for anyone else in connection.
“Specially trained officers are supporting the young boy’s family and it is thankfully now believed he will make a full recovery.

“Our investigation continues to establish the full circumstances of the incident and we are making a number of enquiries. A report will be prepared for the Procurator Fiscal.
