The first started at around 8.43 last night at Robert Street in Port Glasgow.
At the height of the incident around 30 firefighters were tackling the blaze, with six appliances and specialist resources at the scene in the Inverclyde town.
Three appliances were still there at 6.30am on Monday morning.
There were no reports of any injuries.
A few minutes after midnight, emergency services were also alerted to a fire in Port Glasgow at the former Clune Park Primary School.
A Scottish Fire and Rescue Service spokesperson said: "We were alerted at 12.06am on Monday, August 28 to reports of a building fire on Silverwells Cresent, Bothwell in Glasgow.
“Operations Control immediately mobilised two appliances to the scene and on arrival firefighters found the first floor of a one storey detached restaurant block well alight.
“Additional resources were mobilised including two further appliances and crews remain on the scene as they dampen down hot spots to make the area safe. No casualties were reported.”
