Kilmarnock sign Rangers defender Lewis Mayo on a permanent deal

The 23-year-old spent last season on loan at Rugby Park

Kilmarnock have signed defender Lewis Mayo on a permanent deal from Rangers.

The 23-year-old has penned a three-year deal with the club.

Mayo spent last season on loan at Rugby Park, playing 42 times.

He will be available for this weekend’s League Cup match against Dunfermline Athletic, pending SFA approval.

He is Derek McInnes seventh signing of the summer.

Kilmarnock begin their league campaign at home to Rangers on August 5.
