Kilmarnock have progressed to the play-off round of UEFA Conference League qualifying after a 1-0 win over Tromso in Norway.

Derek McInnes' side drew 2-2 at Rugby Park last week before Joe Wright's scored the only goal of the game in the second leg to put them through.

It means the Ayrshire side are just one tie away from reaching the group stage of the competition.

They'll take on Danish side FC Copenhagen in the final round of qualifying.

St Mirren have been knocked out following a 2-1 defeat away to SK Brann.

The Paisley side came away from their home leg with a draw despite looking second best at the SMISA Stadium.

Stephen Robinson knew they would be in for a tough second leg with the decisive strikes coming from Fleix Myhre and Aune Heggebo after Alex Iacovitti had equalised on the night.
