Ukrainian and Scottish folk musicians are holding a concert dedicated to raising money to buy vital medical supplies for people caught up in the war with Russia.

The show is called 'Glasgow Stands with Ukraine' and will be hosted by Cameron Fulton from River City at the Royal Concert Hall tonight.

Yevgen Gorash has been helping people who've come here for safety and says the city is very supportive: "It's not only third sector, it's not only politicians but everyone.

"This concert is one of many other events that we plan together with the Ukrainian community."

It follows successful performances in Inverness and Edinburgh.

Gorash continues: "We have a truly outstanding line-up of artists, who will play beautiful music and recite beautiful words in support of Ukraine and its heroic struggle against the invaders."
