A 38-year-old was found with serious injuries
Police investigating an attempted murder in Clydebank during the Coronation bank holiday weekend have charged a man.
A 38-year-old man was stabbed in the West Dunbartonshire town on Monday 8th May just after midnight, and was taken to hospital with serious but non-life threatening injuries.
He'd turned up at a takeaway on Alexander Street seeking assistance after an incident at nearby flats.
On Friday, Police Scotland said a 62-year-old man has been charged in connection with the incident.
The man is to due appear at Dumbarton Sheriff Court on Monday 15th May.
