Boy, 12, struck by bus near Chryston High School
He was rushed to the Royal Hospital for Children for treatment

A pupil has been rushed to hospital after being struck by a bus outside of a North Lanarkshire high school this morning.
Police are confirming that a 12-year-old boy was involved in the accident, after travelling on a public bus.
It happened on Lindsaybeg Road, near Chryston High School at 8.45am.
We do not know about the child's condition yet - but a council spokesperson confirmed he appears to be "doing well."
North Lanarkshire Council also is stressing the importance of using pedestrian crossings.
Police Scotland spokesperson said: "Around 8.45am on Thursday,12 September, 2024, we received a report of a crash involving a bus and a 12-year-old child pedestrian on Linsdaybeg Road, Chryston.
“The child was taken to the Royal Hospital for Children for treatment.
“Enquiries are ongoing."
A council spokesperson said: "An incident occurred outside Chryston High School this morning, before the start of the school day, where a public service bus was in a collision with a pupil.
"Emergency services were quickly on the scene and attended to the pupil, who was later taken to hospital. The pupil is reported to be doing well.
"The pupil had been travelling on the bus which hit him: this incident highlights the importance of using pedestrian crossings, which we constantly remind pupils to do."
