Woman reports being bitten by dog in Chigwell

A woman in Chigwell has reported being bitten by a dog, as she got out of her car earlier this month.
It happened after midnight on Wednesday the 8th March in Ongar Road.
Essex Police believe the incident may have been recorded by a member of the public in a dark coloured security van - and are calling for anyone with information to come forward.
