Woman punched in face while walking dog in Kelvedon

She was left with a cut and bruising to her eye

A woman has been punched in the face while walking her dog in Kelvedon.

She was approached by a man in Woodhouse Lane at 10am on 20 May.

He spoke to her before punching her in the face leaving her with a cut and bruising to her eye.

The man has been described as white, 5ft 9ins tall, in his 30s or 40s, with dark hair and wearing a dark-coloured jacket, light blue jeans, walking boots, a black hat, sunglasses and a face mask.

Essex Police has said they need people to contact them if they saw anything or have any CCTV, dash cam, or door bell footage.
