Woman found dead in Colchester's Castle Park

A woman has been found dead in a park in Colchester.

Police were called at around 6:50am this morning to Castle Park, with the area being cordoned off for a time.

The woman was pronounced dead at the scene.

Her death isn't being treated as suspicious and Essex Police are preparing a file to send to the coroner.
