Woman charged with attempted murder in Harlow
A man in his 20s remains in hospital after being seriously injured
A woman has been charged with attempted murder after a man was seriously injured in Harlow on Sunday.
Police were called to Torkildsen Way at around 3:20am to reports of a disturbance.
A man in his 20s had to be taken to hospital, where he remains.
25 year old Cayleigh Reid, of Windsor Road in Slough, has been charged with one count of attempted murder and another of attempted GBH.
She's due to appear before Colchester Magistrates' Court today (28 June)..
Police are still investigating and are appealing for anyone with information to come forward.
