Woman arrested in connection with Lakeside murder investigation
Three people have already been charged in connection with the death of Michael Ugwa
Detectives investigating the murder of a man at Lakeside Shopping Centre last month have made a further arrest.
A 21 year old woman from Woodford Green has now been questioned on suspicion of assisting an offender in connection with the death of 29 year old Michael Ugwa.
She has since been released under investigation.
Michael was attacked in the food court of the shopping centre on 28 April, suffering fatal injuries.
He died despite attempts by bystanders and paramedics to save his life.
Three people have already been charged in connection with the killing, including 21 year-old Muhammad Khan, of no fixed address, and Brandon Lutchmunsing, 19, of Grafton Way, Dagenham.
Both men are facing murder charges.
Shannon Weston, 20, of Paddocks Close, Canewdon is accused of assisting an offender.
