The wife of a missing man, last seen in Dovercourt, is pleading for him to return home.

John Dick, from Bury St Edmunds, has been missing since 30 November 2020.

His wife, Lorna, told us she just wants to know he is safe.

In a post of Facebook, she said it has been torture not knowing where he is:

"It is heartbreaking that the children aren’t able to see their Daddy and it is horrendous not being able to tell them that you are ok or that you are coming home.

"You are our first thought in the morning and our last at night, we look for you in every passer-by and miss you every day. You are our world and it’s shattered our lives not to have you home."

According to Lorna, police have exhausted all the leads they have and she is asking people to report any sightings.

She said the 37-year-old Royal Marine veteran has the skills to look after himself and is "praying" someone is helping him keep off grid.

John has full tattoo sleeves on his arms featuring Marvel and Horus Heresy characters, which Lorna thinks might help people identify him if he's wearing a mask.

Anyone who thinks they have seen John is asked to contact Suffolk Police on 101.
