A vigil has been held in Colchester in memory of a University of Suffolk lecturer whose death is being treated as a murder.

People gathered to lay flowers at Abbey Fields last night and to remember 52 year old Dr Antonella Castelvedere, who taught English Literature in Ipswich.

She was found fatally injured at a home in Colchester on June 1.
