Vehicles destroyed after Fobbing workshop blaze

Essex County Fire and Rescue Service say a fire in Thurrock last night (January 21) led to several vehicles being destroyed.

They were called to the workshop fire in Mill Lane, Fobbing, just after 8pm.

6 crews worked to extinguish the fire, with some remaining on the scene now to damp down hotspots.

Firefighters worked to stop the blaze from spreading but some vehicles have been destroyed.

The Service says the cause has been recorded as accidental.
