Vaccination slots available for 65 and over in Essex

Essex Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust (EPUT) says slots are available for eligible groups to receive the coronavirus vaccination this week.

People aged 65 and over, who would like to have the jab, are asked to book their appointment.

There is availability at large vaccination centres in the county including Clacton Hospital and Colchester's Community Stadium.

Anyone aged over 70 and over who has not yet received their first dose is urged to come forward.

Bookings can be made online or by calling 119.
