Two Norwich men questioned over assault in Colchester
A total of three people have now been questioned in the case
Two Norfolk men have been arrested in connection with a serious assault in Colchester on Sunday (July 24).
A total of three people have now been questioned over the incident in Culver Street West at around 2am, during which a man suffered a severe head injury.
He is now in a stable condition in hospital.
The men - aged 20 and 23 and from Norwich - have been questioned on suspicion of assault and released under investigation.
A third 18 year old man has been told he'll face no further action after being arrested on suspicion of GBH.
Police are continuing to appeal for witnesses or for anyone who captures dashcam or mobile phone footage of the assault.
