Two men arrested following fatal A130 collision
They both have been arrested on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving and causing serious injury by dangerous driving.
Two men have been arrested following a fatal collision on the A130 Monday morning (1 September).
Essex Police say they received a call about a collision involving two vehicles at the Rayleigh Spur roundabout shortly after 4.15am.
The drivers of the two vehicles have both been arrested on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving and causing serious injury by dangerous driving.
The 23 and 24 year-old men are currently in custody.
All roads have now re-opened.
