Tributes paid to "wonderful" mother after fatal Southend crash

Tributes have been paid to mother-of-two Carly Hicks who sadly passed after a single vehicle collision in Royal Artillery Way, Southend, last month.
The 37-year-old, who was from Shoeburyness, died in hospital on the 20th May.
Her family said:
“We have been left heartbroken after our beautiful Carly lost her life.
“She leaves behind two devastated children, whose lives will never be the same.
“Her loss leaves a huge hole in our family which can never be filled.
“Carly was a wonderful mum with a great sense of humour. She had a loving, caring personality and brought a lot of love and joy to her family and friends.”
Lee Rance, who's 43-years-old, has been charged with causing death by dangerous driving, driving whilst disqualified, driving without valid insurance and possession of a Class A drug.
He'll remain in custody and will appear before Basildon Crown Court on 19th June.
