Three people arrested for theft in Colchester
The driver was also arrested for Drug Driving.

The arrests were made while officers were on Operation Spectre patrols.
The Operational Support Group responded to a report of attempted theft from a lorry in Colchester last night.
The suspect made off before units arrived on scene but, following a search the car was "Boxed in" and stopped in Witham .
The 3 occupants were arrested for theft and the driver was also arrested for Drug Driving.
The team also made another arrest in Chelmsford following a domestic.
The driver was arrested for GBH and failed to provide a specimen of breath.
