Redundancies possible at North Essex pubs
It's as the Marston's chain cuts jobs across the country, because of coronavirus.
Pub chain Marston's is planning to cut more than 2,150 jobs.
It's blaming the impact of the Government's new coronavirus restrictions across the UK.
The company has nine pubs and hotels on the Yorkshire coast, but it's not clear which of them, if any, will be subject to redundancies.
They are:
Old Pottery Kiln - Witham
Smugglers Cove - Clacton
Meadowlark - Southend On Sea
Saxon King - Southend
Sarah Moore - Leigh On Sea
Ye Olde Crown - Rayleigh
