Queueing traffic on A12 after crash

Congestion is to just after Junction 22

There is queueing traffic for five miles on the A12 London Road Northbound after a crash.

It happened between Junction 24 (Kelvedon North) and Junction 25 A120 (Marks Tey).

Congestion is to just after Junction 22 (Witham North).

All lanes have now reportedly reopened.

The road was blocked earlier for around 40 minutes, heading towards Colchester.

A spokesperson for the East of England Ambulance Service said:

"We were called at 12.58pm with reports of a collision on the A12 at Feering.

"We sent one ambulance and took a patient to Colchester General Hospital for further care."
