Police release efit of man after suspicious behaviour in Colchester

Officers want to speak to the man about the incident

Essex Police have released an efit of a man they want to speak to about an incident of suspicious behaviour in Colchester.

It happened in Boadecia Way, near to the junction with Layer Road, at around 9am on 10 June.

A woman was approached by a man she did not know, who tried to get her to leave the area with him.

She refused.

The man is described as being black, around 6ft tall and slim build.

He had short hair, was clean shaven and was wearing dark jogging bottoms, a short-sleeved light-coloured top and dark shoes.

The man is reported to have left the area in a white high sided panel van.

Anybody who can identify the man pictured, is asked to call Essex Police on 101 quoting reference 42/109924/21.
