Police launch investigation into Colchester sexual assault
A woman in her 20s reported being attacked in an alleyway on Sunday

Police are investigating allegations a woman was sexually assaulted in an alleyway in Colchester.
The victim, in her 20s, reported being attacked by a man in the Cotman Road area at around 4am on Sunday.
The suspect, a man, is described as white, aged between 18 and 25, of medium to stocky build, with shoulder-length mousey brown hair and clean shaven.
He's said to have been wearing a dark green long-sleeved top, green camouflage trousers, and white trainers at the time of the attack.
The victim is being supported by specialist officers.
Police are seeking witnesses, or anyone who captured dashcam or CCTV footage in the area at the time.
