Motorcyclist killed in serious crash in Wickford
A man has been arrested on suspicion of causing of death by careless driving
A motorcyclist has died after a serious crash in Wickford.
Essex Police say the fatal collision happened in Southend Road on Tuesday evening (1 April) and involved the bike and a car.
The motorcyclist has been confirmed as a man in his 30s.
As part of the police investigation, a man has been arrested on suspicion of causing of death by careless driving.
Officers are asking for any witnesses to the incident to come forward.
