Motorcyclist in his 60s dies after fatal crash in Ardleigh
A motorcycle and car collided on Saturday afternoon
A man in his 60s has died after a fatal crash over the weekend in Ardleigh.
Essex Police were called to the serious collision on Saturday (October 7) just before 3pm to Dedham Road, where a motorcycle and car had crashed.
Despite the efforts of paramedics, the motorcyclist sadly died at the scene.
Officers closed the road whilst the recovered the vehicles, and an investigation has been launched by the Serious Collision Investigation Unit.
Police are appealing to anyone with information, dash cam or relevant footage to get in touch.
