Men charged with GBH and false imprisonment in Colchester

Two men have been charged with false imprisonment and grievous bodily harm with intent in Colchester.

Essex Police launched an investigation following reports of an assault on Friday (25 April).

29 year old Joy Singarajah of Forest View Road, Walthamstow, London, and 22 year old Shadon Balamanogaran, of Roberts Road, Walthamstow, London, are both charged with false imprisonment and GBH with intent.

They were remanded into custody.
